Joseph Mele

Joseph is a classically trained CPG marketer, who is inspired by the idea that brands can become bigger than the simple offerings of a product. Throughout his career, he has grown businesses by using consumer insights to nurture an emotional connection between people, and the brands they discover.

Consumers are always changing — but the marketing objectives for a brand are always the same: create awareness and build trust. Joseph has led initiatives that have done just that. He has worked with integrated agency teams to develop national campaigns built on compelling content and delivered through thoughtful communication plans.
Joseph is currently the Director of Marketing for Core Wines and New Product Development at Andrew Peller Limited. While not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his young family – wife LeeAnne and 2 children Henry and Betty.
