Asking for help with mental and emotional health can be really hard, but it shouldn’t be. When we have a broken bone or an open wound we go to professionals and get it treated. Just because mental and emotional health are not always visible does not make them any less important. The Melanoma Network of Canada understands the importance of mental and emotional health, especially for cancer patients and their loved ones. Our support programs and communities are here to help support you, you are not alone.
